The Story of Pro Installs:
When owner and president Christopher Loya first started Pro Installs, he had over 10 years’ experience in appliance installation and construction. Through these years of working with many different Orange County and Los Angeles companies, he worked to build a good working reputation, and got to know a lot of owners, developers, and contractors. Over time, he came to know his clientele and their needs very well.
However, he noticed many installation companies that were putting what’s best for the company before the needs of the clients. He saw that clients often had to adapt and work around the installation companies, instead of the other way around.
This is where Chris got the idea to start Pro Installs. Now, there was a company designed to provide high quality service directly to owners and developers, and customize installation projects to suit their individual needs. Being a contractor himself, he was now able to solve problems that construction clients routinely face. He understood the unique needs of contractors, common issues, and the best ways to address their concerns. Pro Installs is an installation company that’s on the client’s side, where the process is transparent and contractors can rest assured knowing that their needs are being met.

Unloading and Moving of Appliances: Safety is a top priority for us, and we will bring appliances to their locations with no accidents or damage – even up flights of stairs. We take care to ensure both appliances and people are protected, and that all procedures are followed when moving appliances. Your items will arrive at their destinations the way they are supposed to – in prime condition.
Cutting & Drilling: We understand how unique different building sites can be. We offer drilling through cabinets and drywall to mount range microwaves and hoods. We also provide customized cutting and drilling services, wherever they are needed, in order to install appliances correctly and safely. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and when needed, we will use creative solutions to get appliances into the desired places.
Parts & Materials: Pro Installs will do the installation job thoroughly, and work with our clients to assess which parts or materials they don’t have on hand. We can provide whatever materials are needed to complete the job. We will make sure all necessary parts are ordered and with us on the site in order to get the job done efficiently and without delays.
Customer Service: Pro Installs was started with the intention of putting our customers first, and service is our top priority.
